Task Management App for a Marketing Agency
I designed a custom mobile application for a social media agency, providing a centralized platform for employees to monitor their social media tasks and earn points. The app is intended for internal use, focusing on ease of use, adaptability, and efficient task tracking to meet the needs of a dynamic work environment.
Building a Clean and Intuitive Interface
The app’s homepage offers a straightforward design with two primary tabs: one for tasks and another for news. This structure provides a clear overview of responsibilities and updates, enabling employees to manage their work and stay informed effortlessly. Each task is gamified with a point system to motivate users, while the user’s profile page tracks their points, completed tasks, and achievements in a visually organized manner.
Adaptable Design for Multi-Company Use
Given its potential application across various corporate clients, I chose a neutral color palette of grays and navy blue to maintain a versatile and professional aesthetic. To support seamless handoff and client presentations, I created a comprehensive prototype using Figma, covering all app features from onboarding to task management, ensuring clarity and consistency in design intent.
